November 18th - San Jose del Cabo to Bahia de Los Muertos

Left with the rest of the fleet around 6:30. Kevin put all the poles out. After a bit, Kevin put the poles back in the boat. Too rough and windy .

Taking water on the side

Taking water over the bow

Salt is crusting all over us

Finally after eight hours of rough seas, in Bahia De Los Muertos. Kevin is swimming to a reef to spear fish. See the tiny red buoy that he has attached to him and floating behind him?

The boys cleaning Kevin's catch, scallops?

Full moon coming up on the water. So cool, picture does not come close to what it looked like

While getting ready to cook dinner, we had the blue lights on and noticed fish all around the swim platform. Kevin, of course, grabs a fishing pole to catch some, then while putting the pole away, accidentally hooks himself. Barb through his finger, David says "You know what you have to do?" Kevin starts forcing the hook through his finger and proceeds to pass out and hits the deck, out cold. Freak out time! He came right back and continued the mission.

Push a cork up against his finger and punched the hook out into the cork. Oh brother! Time for several scotches!
