Had a delicious dinner last night. A wedge salad with sliced beets, pears, mandarin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, blue cheese crumbles and toasted almonds. Made my baked salmon recipe but I added sliced jalapeƱos on top and it made the salmon taste so good.
Sleeping was a challenge. The anchorage was so rolly! I got up at midnight just to make sure we were still in the same spot, David got up and checked at 2.
This is the moon setting this morning, it was a big orange ball. Took off at 8:00am to try to catch more fish for the freezer. A big Yellow Fin Ahi or Dorado would be nice!
2:50 pm and absolutely nothing, not a nibble or bite. Went 30 miles out to the mound, then trolled around Roca Corbetena and now trolling towards Punta Mita. I finished my book and am now starting another one that Jenny gave me, Nora Roberts Sea Swept. At least the sea has calmed down now, we had big swells this morning.
Back in the Punta Mita anchorage again. Worknot and SeaFox are here too.
Tons of paddle boarders around
Even some good surf here Kevin.
