Lisa is now officially in vacation mode! Pool time with her book. I love this picture.
We took a break from the pool to go inside and do some prep work for our dinner tonight.
David peeled and cut up four mangos
I made a cucumber, tomato, onion salad with a vinegar, basil, olive oil dressing
Lisa and David's assembly line cleaning the large shrimp we bought at the market today
Marinating the shrimp in garlic, oil, cilantro and lime.
Lisa whipped up this fresh mango salsa to go with our shrimp. Now back to pool time. Cindy and Chris joined us in the pool. We invited them to have dinner with us. They will bring a chicken salad to share with us.
