David met with another contractor in the La Cruz Shipyard. He could only do fiberglass work so we elimated using him. We are going to have SeaTek do the work. Can't contact the insurance company because it's President's Day. SeaTek is going to start work immediately.
Walked over to the Marina office and waited for Budget to deliver our rental car. They were only an hour late, it is Mexico. We got a standard white Versa. So strange to not have electric windows and locks. It does have air conditioning which is a big plus!
Our rental car parked on the street.
Cindy and Chris invited us to dinner up on the rooftop tonight. I think there will be 12 of us. She is having a guy do some wine pairing with the different courses. Excited to see what she's cooking!

Cindy greeting all of us
First wine was a Riesling, Carlos our Sommelier was busy pouring
We sampled four different cheeses with the Riesling.
Second course appetizer. Shrimp with carrots, orange, vanilla, butter....YUM, served with a Chardonnay.
Such a fun evening
We also sipped on a Pinot Noir waiting for the main course.
Roasted pork that was wrapped in a banana leaf for moisture with roasted onions, peppers and mushrooms and rice, delicious. We had a Shiraz for the final wine and also had a nice desert. The evening was topped off with Chris singing and playing his guitar for us. He is very good! We had a nice big full moon to see come up too. Thank you Cindy and Chris for a magical evening!
