February 19th - La Cruz villa Amor del Mar

Lisa, our daughter on the right and our pretty niece Brittney.

Woke up and found a text from our beautiful daughter Lisa. She can't wait to come visit us here at Villa Amor del Mar. She said "it's cold and nasty and I can't wait to get into the sun". Lisa, we can hardly wait to see you!

David went to the shipyard to check on the Janabanana. The new props are now officially on order with the "best" delivery being 4 weeks. The props are being manufactured new by a company called Rice Propulsion in Acapulco. David is resizing both props to have less pitch for engine longevity. The bow is having surgery to cut out all the damaged area. Bow thruster is being troubleshot for operational failure. They are preparing the boat for the fiberglass repairs. This afternoon, we got the news that the shaft is bent and will have to be replaced.

After lunch we went with Chris and looked at their 3 bedroom condo that they rent out. It's located just two blocks up the street from here. It's on the 4th floor and has stunning views of Bandaras Bay. The Casa is only available to us through March 8th so we will go enjoy the condo after we leave here.

We are having a night at the Casa and cooking dinner here at home. This and the next few pictures are some of the landscaping and sights around that we enjoy.

These windows were not originally here. We have such a great view of the bay out these windows.

Love the arch details around the property
Color from the Bougainvilleas is spectacular
Banana tree outside our door

I love the entrance to Villa Amor with the purple vine flowers and lights

Relaxed with our wine, candles and music.
